Jason Khouri - Construction Manager
Jason brings extensive experience to the Quadrant team, with expertise spanning both on-site operations and off-site project management. His varied portfolio includes boutique apartments, townhouse developments, extensions and commercial projects, complemented by a strong background in contract administration.Highly skilled in administration and on-site methodologies, Jason has contributed to the successful delivery of numerous developments. Notable projects include the YMCA childcare centre, Hazel Hawthorn, King Swim in Clyde North, and the Raleigh Springs Footbridges. Most recently, he oversaw the completion of the new Wine Processing Facility at Marnong Estate.

Nick Petrovski - Senior Contract Administrator
With a keen eye for detail and strong project management and problem-solving skills, Nick is an invaluable asset to our project delivery team. Nick brings over 17 years of construction experience to Quadrant Building, with his industry expertise complimented by a double diploma in Building Surveying & Building Construction.As Senior Contract Administrator, Nick is responsible for managing our supplier and trade relationships as well as estimating and quantity surveying. Nick thrives on delivering projects within scope, timelines and budget, with an aim of maximising our return on investment.

Chris Abdulnour - Contract Administrator & Site Manager
Chris is a qualified and experienced contract administrator. With six years’ experience as a contract administrator, Christopher is doing what he does best at Quadrant Building. Before joining our team, he was a project coordinator for a 45-townhouse retirement village – and a contract administrator for a luxury beachside development of 15 triple-storey townhouses.
He has also overseen 20 projects for the Director of Housing as part of DHHS’s initiative to fight homelessness. Christopher holds an Honours Degree in Construction Management from Deakin University.

Solen Deng - Contracts Administrator
Solen brings over eight years of invaluable experience to the team and holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Melbourne.
In his role, Solen expertly oversees the coordination of subcontractors, handles detailed estimating and contract management and ensures every project is delivered on time, within scope to the highest quality standards. Known for his diligence, humility and strong work ethic, Solen thrives in our collaborative, team-oriented environment, embracing the dynamic challenges and rewarding partnerships that his role demands.
